When am I charged?
Your card is charged when you sign up for a paid plan, and then automatically at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly). The Free plan never requires a card.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Go to Settings → Plan & billing and cancel in one click — no emails, no calls. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then you move to Free. Your surveys and responses are kept.
Do you provide invoices?
Yes — every payment comes with an invoice you can download from Settings → Plan & billing.
Which currency are prices in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Your bank may convert the amount to your local currency.
Do I need a card for the Free plan?
No. The Free plan is free forever and never asks for payment details. You only add a card when you choose Pro or Business.
How do response limits work?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of responses — 100 on Free, 5,000 on Pro and 50,000 on Business. Need more than that? Email [email protected] and we'll find a plan that fits.
