Report a survey

Askwise hosts surveys made by our customers. If one looks like phishing, impersonates someone, or is abusive, tell us and we’ll look into it.

Report a survey

Takes a minute. Reports are confidential: we never tell the survey owner who reported them.

We review every report and act on confirmed phishing quickly.

Red flags

Asks for a password or codeNo genuine survey needs your password, PIN or a one-time code.
Wants card or ID numbersAskwise surveys must not collect card numbers or government ID numbers.
Pretends to be a brandLogos and urgent warnings copied from a bank, mailbox or delivery company.

Already entered your details?

Change that password straight away, turn on two-step verification, and if you shared card details, contact your bank. Then report the survey so we can take it down for others.

What happens next

1We review the survey, with phishing reports at the front of the queue.
2If it breaks our rules, we close it to respondents and act on the account.
3If you left an email, we let you know once it’s handled.
